Q6: What is Taiwan's current level of cooperation with international medical organizations?

A: Despite exclusion from the WHO, Taiwan has consistently followed the WHO spirit in sharing its significant health care achievements with other countries and promoting international health cooperation. Since 1995, the total government and NGO expenditure on international health cooperation and medical assistance has exceeded US$100 million. We have also actively fostered health and technology exchanges, education, and training; donated relief materials; and provided medical and humanitarian aid to 78 countries and regions.
