Crested Serpent Eagle (Spilornis cheela)
Crested serpent eagles are an indigenous subspecies of eagle to Taiwan that often appear in broadleaf forests located at low to middle altitudes. They are often seen circling in the air, and while flying, their white coverts and white-striped tail feathers are clearly visible. (Paper sculpture by Hung Hsin-fu)
