Formosan Black Bear (Selenarctos tibetanus formosanus)
Formosan black bears, a subspecies of wild bear indigenous to Taiwan, are the only animals of the Ursidae family found on the island. With the exception of a white, V-shaped area on the front of their chests, Formosan black bears are completely black. (Paper sculpture by Hung Hsin-fu)
