The
GIO operates numerous Web sites around the world, including the
US, UK, Germany, Japan, and Panama, featuring 12 different languages,
including Chinese (both traditional and simplified characters),
English, Spanish, German, French, and Russian. The GIO actively
promotes these sites - which collate official statements, GIO publications,
and information about Taiwan - to enhance the international community's
understanding of the ROC.
