Features:

Ficus wightiana Wall are large, deciduous, tropical trees whose elliptical leaves grow in an alternating pattern, tend to cluster at the end of twigs, fall two to four times a year, and are replaced by new leaves roughly two to three weeks after the old ones have fallen. The tree's most important characteristics are its hypanthium, aerial roots, and milky latex. Their syconia are a favorite food amongst birds such as the Chinese Bulbul and the Japanese White-eye.

Habitat:

Ficus wightiana Wall are found in foothills and lowlands throughout Taiwan at elevations of up to 500m.
