Profile
Scientific name: Rana swinhoana
Common name:

Sharp-nosed brown frog, brown-backed brown frog

Features: Swinhoe's brown frog is a medium- to large-sized species with a flat and slender body. Females are much bigger than males and can reach lengths of up to 7-8cm. Habitat: Swinhoe's brown frogs are widely spread throughout Taiwan's small mountain streams at altitudes of up to 2000m.
